April 2010 Itinerary
  Day 1 - April 15
Arrive at San Jose's Juan Santamaria International Airport where you will be met by our Memorable Costa Rica reps and transferred to the Real Intercontinental Hotel. Following check-in, take the rest of the afternoon to explore the city or just relax in the hotel. You can then enjoy the hotel or turn in early to rest up for the exciting day to come.
  Day 2 - April 16
Following a relaxed breakfast, board the bus enjoy the 2.5 hour drive up the southern mountains of the Central Valley, then down towards the flatlands of San Carlos, an area known for its agriculture, forest and cattle industries. The drive will end when we reach the world-renowned hot springs of Tabacon Grand Spa Resort.   Day 3 - April 17
Awake, eat a hearty breakfast and be transported to the Ecoglide Canopy, this is one of Costa Rica’s newest adventure parks. The Arenal Ecoglide canopy is built following the highest standards. This tour is known for having two separate cables, the first cable is the one you glide on, the second is for major safety precautions. The canopy consists of 15 cables and 18 platforms which are divided into three sections that are found mostly in the trees, which are designed to provide visitors greater contact with nature.   Day 4 - April 18
Day at leisure to enjoy the hotel, the beaches, or embark on optional tours.
  Day 5 - April 19
Check out of the hotel and start the 5 hour drive back to San Jose. Depart from Tamarindo / Conchal / Flamingo area and drive back to the town of Belen. Veer south (right) and drive past the cities of Santa Cruz and Nicoya as you follow signs to the bridge over the Tempisque River. This bridge is Costa Rica’s longest and places you close to the Interamerican Road. As you reach this main road, veer east (right) following signs to Puntarenas.
